Arduino Nano Bartendro not stable

Hi,

I have been trying to get the Bartendro to work using this sample code:

https://gist.github.com/breakpointer/d83...

I have made a minor change to the part where it states PACKET_TIME_DISPENSE and changed it to PACKET_TICK_DISPENSE. It works at times but at this moment in time it is not stable and at times it does not dispense at all. I have tried different values for the ticks but it works at times and at other times it does not. Need help.

Kind regards.

Answer this question I have this problem too

I have also changed the parts in the code written "packed" to "packet".

I am having the same issues, i'm sure this is due to ground bounce as messing around with my ground configuration seems to get it more stable. Does anybody know if there is a way to separate the grounds of both the 5v and 24v motor power supplies? or perhaps have a good wiring diagram of how to de-couple the circuit simply?
