Calibration of dispensers for different viscosity liquids
Is there anyway within the existing software / firmware for the dispensers to do a calibration on the pumps, so get it to dispense an amount of liquid (random amount), enter the amount that was dispense, and then have the system calibrate the pumps to that level. So currently 30ml of most alcohol and liquids will dispense perfect But when using a high viscocity liquid such as a syrup, it will only dispense 20ml. With the calibration, I guess what I’m trying to achieve is that if the pump knows that it took “x” amount of seconds to dispense the random amount “a” then it would take “y” amount of seconds to dispense the configured shot level within the interface.. Example: Liquid 1 takes 10 seconds to dispense 20 ml, it would then know that to dispense a 30ml shot it needs to run the pump for 15 seconds instead of 10 to achieve the 30ml shot. Thanks!
