Calculate Bottle Level with the dispensing-amount.

is there an posibility to calculate the amount of the ingredients? I see in the Trending only the Drinks.

So if i use an 1L Bottle the dispenser know how much it dispense and can subtract from the Bootle-Size (1L) to became the calculate liquid-level of the bottle.

My idea is to have all full bottles by start the Bartendro and then reset the Liquid-Levels so the bottles shows 1L means 1000ml.

If we calculate only with the theoretical amount of dispensing we can detect if a bootle runs out.

Can set an Before-Level-Line of 900ml or 950ml. Is better and easier to use as liquid-level-sensors i mean.

If we change the bottle we can reset the amount to 1L.

Or inverse we set all to "0" and if we reached the dispense-maximum of 950ml we say the bottle is empty - best is to have an open value.. we can set our own bottle-size by experience on the bartendro.

On my Partys we use oftendrinks with orange-juice - Orange-Juice is often empty and Vodka often empty too.

Sometimes we check it later if the vodka is empty because often is some other ingredients in the drink and someone do not recognize that vodka is missing.

If we have theorectical calculating of the dispensed ingredients we can detect empty bottle before.

Can you help me to modified here some code? Hope you understand my idea?

That's a nice idea. It should certainly be doable. Since we are commanding a specific volume of liquid to be dispensed, you can find that variable and store it and deduct it from your inventory.

Also, we already have the hooks in place for removing drinks from the menu when ingredients run out. You would just need a separate screen to inform the system how much is in each bottle to start, or a reset to 1L button in your case.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to write this, but maybe you can and share it with the community!
