Cannot detect router board in I2C bus

I have my Pi 3 connected to the router board, but when running ./bartendro_server.py I always get an error for opening the I2C interface.

I tested using:

sudo i2cdetect -y -a 1

and this is the output:

Chosen Solution

Turns out that my I2C chip/circuits must be bad on my Raspberry Pi. I put my SD card into a different Raspberry, booted up and i2cdetect is showing the router board.
